SELECTION PROCESS
Gallery Properties is extremely selective. Our agents must thoroughly embrace the firm's mission statement and be willing to commit to a higher level of service. This selection process is so rigorous that only 20% to 30% of the candidates are actually hired by Gallery Properties. References and a demonstrated history of adherence to ethics are mandatory prerequisites. We look for real estate professionals with a willingness to work as team members.
CRITERIA
All agents on our team must be Realtors® who belong to the local Real Estate Associations and Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Additionally, they must belong to CAR, California Association of Realtors®, and NAR, National Association of Realtors®. Furthermore, our agents must possess expert negotiating techniques, patience and excellent listening skills!
TECHNOLOGY
Technology is vital to the success of our industry. Our agents must stay on the leading edge which enhances our ability to provide the best service to our clients.
EDUCATION
Gallery Properties seeks agents who embrace our commitment to the pursuit of higher education. We encourage our agents to pursue additional professional designations to increase their knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
